Our Curriculum

The daily curriculum is structured so that children learn skills required for successful entrance into kindergarten in a Christian environment. The curriculum is based on child development and appropriate practice and provides for the various ages, ability levels and developmental stages of the children. The staff is in constant contact with the kindergarten teachers in the school system to make sure that the curriculum meets the standards for kindergarten preparation. Children learn from a Bible based curriculum titled ABC Jesus Loves Me. The curriculum is researched based and focuses on academic, development, and Bible
learning through play. Curriculum focuses on academics, bible literacy, development (fine and gross motor), music, tactile writing, and self-care. Daily lessons include the following components:

• Bible Story
• Verse
• Bible Song
• Math
• Number Focus
• Letter Focus
• Rhyme
• Book
• Handwriting
• Motor Skills
Lessons will take place both whole group and in small groups settings providing the ability to differentiate for each learner. Prayer will take place before meals, throughout the day, and encouraged if adversity arises.
